Youplus Education Services Ltd (formerly known as ITILplus) is an organisation that offers high quality accredited training material under licence to companies that want to run accredited events in their own name but do not wish to develop and maintain their own materials.

Youplus Education Services Ltd is accredited by the British Computer Society (BCS) as an ITIL® service management training provider. We can also offer accredited in-house private training events for our customers (we do not offer a public schedule).

 

Youplus Education Services Ltd is also an BCS accredited Examination Provider for Business Systems Development qualifications.

About Youplus

Youplus was founded in 2005 as ITILplus by Derek Thornley, Adrian Leach, David Atkin and Peter Farenden with the specific objective of developing and delivering high quality training materials to help companies with the transition from ITIL® version 2 to version 3.

 

The four principals have, between us, more than a century working in IT and have long experience of ITIL® Service Management and of training. Adrian and Derek have each held the ITIL® Service Management Manager's Certificate since 1992, David since 1997 and Peter since 2001. Peter is also a Senior Examiner for APMG. All four have many years experience of developing high quality training for a diverse range of organisations, including:

· The armed forces

· Government bodies

· Major blue-chip companies

· Commercial training organisations.
